This ‘less than 3 claims’ Plus package allows you to take advantage of our investigative skills as well as produce the additional documents you need to support your matter at the Tribunal.

The Statement and Response to Claims documents will provide details of the interactions you had with the other party as well as a more indepth response as to why you should not be made to pay compensation to the landlord or at least fairer compensation if the amount being asked for is too much.

We will also try to ascertain the age of the item to ensure depreciation is included and we may ask you for some help working this out.
