PAS Tribunal Package A

Our Personal Administration Services package offers approximately 4 hours of time to prepare up to 20 documents of evidence, resulting in a personal Statement (submission) of up to 30 paragraphs. Each piece of evidence will generate a paragraph and our administration officers will personalise your Statement. 

We require all of the evidence you are relying on to fight for your bond refund and if additional material is forwarded after the first draft is completed, additional hours may need to be charged. 

The process of preparing your Court File will take approximately five (5) business days. If we contact you for additional information, please respond as quickly as possibly to prevent delaying your reports.

We require you to proofread the statement and add any additional important facts to it. We will provide a help file to show you how to “add a comment” for information to be updated or changed.

The allocated time has been worked out using previous member’s cases/court file. If it appears your file will take longer, we will advise with an adjusted quote. If you decide not to accept the additional charges, we will tidy everything up and send you the document for you to finalise.
