Routine inspections in the middle of a pandemic!

Produce our Independent Inspection Report using our TERMS App on your mobile phone/device (or use the web browser copy instead). You will find it loaded with dropdown responses relevant to this inspection, providing a quick shortcut version recording your inspection.

Walk through the rental property, select the area you wish to capture, make a note of it’s condition then take a picture.

When you are finished, Aussie Renters will produce a report presenting your recordings including the images (date and time stamped) with the every comment. Maintenance or repairs requests will be highlighted in the letter (MS Word doc) to comes with the report and it is addressed to the landlord/agent (we use your registration details for this letter).

The TERMS App includes a recorder for the Exit and another for the Entry and the relevant responses for these events are listed in the dropdowns.
