Entry condition and image worksheets

Start saving your entry condition with more details than what is available on the approved/authorised report for your state or territory. Once you have settled in, you can spend the time putting your entry into order using our Entry condition and image worksheets.

In the Aussie Renters TERMS folder you will find a worksheet in each room folder. The worksheet allows you to state what the issue or discrepancies are, the required remedy timeframe and a place to drag and drop your images. You can store up to three images per item. Each picture has a code that is unique and you can link the image or relate it back into a report at a later time, for example: in the event of a bond refund dispute. Our Help File will explain how to save your pictures beside the issues in one document, making it neat and tidy.

Record your issue and the condition of all the items within the room then drag and drop any image you have showing the discrepancy. Process our Entry condition letter and attach a copy for the landlord’s records.

You can use our Entry Report App to compile your Independent entry condition report! We put a letter and report together for you within 24 hours once we have received the form and App data. By using the App for your entry, the data can be displayed beside the exit issues, presenting a “comparison” on the one page. The landlord will see and acknowledge the pre-existing issues as well as accepting you have left the property in the same condition.
