Entry condition letter

Use our complementary letter and report to accompany the completed and signed authorised/approved entry condition/inspection report. By entering the required responses, we will send you a letter with/without a report that you can sign and send to the landlord.

Our Entry condition and image worksheets are availabe for use and these give you a pre-entered response (or add up your own information) as well as a place to drag and drop images relating to that particular issue or discrepancy. We have stored the individual sheets for each room in the Aussie Renters TERMS folder > Entry. There is a code entered for each image and the picture file name can be changed to the code or you can hyperlink the document to your Master File Note Register, if you need to chase up something and require the images on hand. Our Help File will assist with linking these documents.

We do have an Entry Report App available for use however we prepare the letter and report and it comes at a cost of $19.95. Currently we are offering a two for one deal and if you wish to use the Entry Report App, we will prepare your Independent exit condition letter and report for no extra cost.

When you move, you will use our Exit Report App and we will prepare your report showing the pre-existing issues or discrepancies right beside the exit issues, along with their picture. The Entry Report App requires additional information as the report is much more detailed towards specifics about your property.

Our Entry condition letter includes responses for:

A reminder that certain documents need to be supplied
Summary of issues or discrepancies found
Summary of keys and devices received
Requests a copy of the rent ledger to ensure your money has been credited correctly and your bond has been paid to the authority.

A file note and register strip will be emailed for your records.
