Final inspection kit list

This is a one paged document showing you what to put into a bucket so you can attend to any issues that may arise at the final inspection. Go prepared and the landlord will know you mean business, with the intent on receiving a full bond refund. Print a copy of the list and add notes about anything extra you want to take to the final inspection.

At the same time, this list can be used when cleaning the property and we appreciate you will not be able to fit everything into the bucket!

Having the majority of products in a bucket can help with the exit clean too as you can pick the bucket up and take it to any spot in the house. Add an extra bucket for clean water to rinse your sponge, it will save your legs getting up and down all the time.
