Here’s what you will get:
Entry Letter
An introductory letter addressed to your landlord from you! We provide a reference list that states the legislation being referred to as well as a file note (see our website for more details).
Independent Entry Condition Report
We ask a series of general, overall property questions where you get to describe the condition at entry and these details are reflected in the your signed condition report. Our report does not replace the authorised / official report and you must complete this report as directed.
Landlord Report
Urgent repairs and agreed items (to fix before entry) will be addressed in our introductory letter as well as featured in their report providing a more detailed response to how you received the property. The landlord report contains only the issues that need highlighting for instance, a 7 day remedy or for your information responses.
Tenant Report
Mould, calcium buildup, scuff marks or worn out, record only the issues, select a remedy for each one and take a picture. You will also receive a complete list (including pictures) of every issue recorded with a unique number to refer to.
Covers
Personalised and ready to print out, using them as the head page of your hard copy file. Write additional information on the relevant page, enter the details on your master file note register, allocate a file number and file the document, in number order! You can find out more when reading about the TERMS folder.
Booklet for Tenancy
Our version of renting from beginning to end and is written very differently to anything else you would have read. The legislation has been inserted for you to refer to immediately, reinforcing your knowledge about the Act while gathering a better understanding of your rights.

Handy one paged list reminding you of what should be paid, received or filed. If you use this document on your computer or mobile device, the links to the legislation work!
Exit Package

Ready to create your Entry Package?
If the answer is yes, we have a couple more things to tell you. Firstly, the package can be used on the desktop and any pictures you have taken already can be uplodated. Please be aware, the pictures must be uploaded as a square image (600 x 600) to assist with the reports. Odd sizes create odd reports! As we are new to the public, we are happy to make the odd sized images fit our report but if you haven’t taken the pics yet, please change your camera size over to make sure the images are square.
We have an extensive help file available as well as a quick guide to get you started. The App is very straight forward however you will learn exactly what it can do to help you if you read the help file.
Once you have completed your inspection, pay for the package. We will process your package after payment has been received and this must be processed via our secure website. Please become a member and be signed on to complete the transaction. Your package will be put together and uploaded to your membership!
