Worksheets are have been designed to gather information that may help our members in the event of a bond dispute as well as other tenancy issues. 

The Ending Tenancy Worksheet gathers information about what the landlord is actively “doing” during this phase of renting. If you break your lease, you can use your information gathered to show the landlord didn’t assist finding a new tenant.

Our Condition and Images Worksheets are available at entry and exit and each room has a selection of responses describing how you found hte item. Drag and drop your pic in the unique id numbered table (holds 3 pics) and you can create an entry or exit report that is easy to use and identify images in the event of a dispute. You are welcome to use our TERMS App to create it also. 

The Master file note register stores a summarised version of the hard copy documents. If they are sent to you on email, save the copy in the folder (shown above) and link it to the register for instant retrieval. Record a water meter read or an entry notice, log it on the register and allocate a file number. Remember to make another recording for the inspection 7 days later (use the same file number), filing any paperwork under the same number.

The register is available in an excel or word document and can be used on your home computer, mobile device. A manual copy can be found in the TERMS folder

File note cover sheets are produced with every Note recorded in our TERMS App. Use this document as the cover note for your hard copy (print the letter out and file it) but adding a file number, log it on the register and file the hard copy, keeping your received documents in order.

Every letter produced will have a detailed File note for your records.

Covers have been created to note important aspects of your tenancy and you can download a copy by selecting your state.

Checklists have been designed for moving in or out, handy one paged document hinting you to what should be paid, given and/or received and filed. If you use this document on your mobile, the links to the legislation work!

Several agreements have been designed to help make changes to your tenancy. The most popular is the Rent Payment Agreement as it negotiates an affordable way to catch up on rent in arrears. These agreements have their own letter explaining what you are proposing and can be found in our TERMS App as your responses are calculated immediately. 

There are booklets for a more indepth look at your state or territory’s laws. Some booklets have a fee involved while others a free to download. We have made a Help file too, explaining how to use Word and save documents from the internet, all to make you equipped to handle anything thrown your way!
