Letters to the landlord

Let us put your words in writing! Our professional letters will cover all your tenancy issues and are written on your behalf for you to send.

Acknowledge a periodic inspection due to receiving a notice or introduce yourself with our Entry Letter and Report, sned them the way they are or change it to suit your situation. Start today and look after your bond!

Our letters are complete for you to send or can be a platform to start a comprehensive letter. Delete any paragraph and write your own if you wish, make it suit your circumstances.

Used in conjunction with our TERMS, we offer:

  • Business letter - addressed to the landlord compiled from your responses entered via our website
  • Reference list - refers to the different sections of the legislation as well as teaching you your rights
  • File Note - is the cover page for your documents as well as recording reminders or what the next step of the process is. Record a reference number to locate your documents quickly
  • Reference list (for your records) - A smaller version of the legislation for you to refer to, the easiest way to clarify your requests
  • File Note Register strip entry - copy this strip directly into your master file note register when recording your tenancy history electronically.

The process of sending a letter makes it a “written request” in accordance to the legislation, something many renters do not know or realise is required. Far too often a phone call is placed for repairs or when requesting a rent record or ledger, only to be ignored as no written request was made.

Please note: We collect your personal information for our services only and will not use or share your information for any other purpose. These are your letter for you to use, we do not contact the landlord or real estate agent and will not send letters on your behalf.
