Purchase our Moving package to record your entry, exit and bond refund! The introductory offer is a discounted Moving package with a free refund package included in case you need help getting your bond back. We request specific information from you via the TERMS App, the easiest way to present your findings making every package reflect your specific situation!
Entry package
- Professional letter introducing yourself that addresses any urgent or agreed repairs (prior to entry)
- Report illustrating issues that require a remedy with images (for the landlord)
- Report detailing all recordings with images (for the tenant)
- File note and register strip, once the documents have been sent
Exit package
- Professional letter outlining your exit details
- Report detailing pre-entry issues and the exit responses with images (for the landlord)
- Report addressing the exit condition with images (for the landlord)
- Report in full with images (for the tenant)
- File note and register strip, once the documents have been sent
Bond retrieval package
- First letter – request supporting documents (the landlord’s claim) and what you believe is fair
- Second letter – negotiate the response received from the landlord. This letter lets you say precisely what you will or won’t release from your bond money

The first letter of the bond retrieval package is available now from our TERMS App free of charge. Send it the moment you are notified about the dispute or when you initiate the claim for your bond monies (without the landlord’s signature).
Another package in the making is the Tribunal/Magistrates Court Package. We are putting together simple yet detailed forms to accept your specific circumstances. The data received will be turned into useful reports, worksheets and will help you gather the correct information to help your claim. If a tenant union representative is assisting you, the Comprehensive tenancy report can be sent and the data used to prepare your case. We will have you confident in your “self-representation” fighting for your refund! Once again, this package will be kept to a minimal fee.
The packages listed above cannot be purchased without registering as a member. We use PayPal with credit card facility and you must be logged into our password protected website to purchase the Entry package. Please note: when you register as a member, the landlord/agent details are required to merge your documents. If you do not wish to state your landlord/agent, simply write “Not supplied” and we will produce your documents without their details.
