1st step
Please read all steps before generating a letter. This is probably a good time to also mention that you must be logged on to use any of our forms. These could be links emailed to you or reports that require additional information.

Please ensure you have logged into our website before selecting your letter. Your responses to our questions will not have an owner, preventing us from emailing the letter to you!

The first three fields state the how and who this letter will be sent to. Every question asked requires a response, as these answers alter/change your letter to make it fit your personal circumstances. Read the dropdowns to select from and make sure it fits you situation, if not, select Not Applicable.
A message will appear letting you know that your letter/order was successful. The current window does not close after the finished button has been clicked. Please use the back arrow to return to continue browsing our website.

In most situations, we will endeavour to process your letter immediately however depending on the volume of requests, we may need up to 24 hours.

All letters and reports are written on behalf of the tenant and once satisfied, the tenant forwards the correspondence to the landlord/property manager.You can add to your letter or remove paragraphs you do not like, tailor your correspondence to suit yourself.
Example of letter
We include a Reference List with most of our letters, outlining the legislation we are referring to as well as a personalised File Note that can be printed and used as the cover page for your hard copy file. The letters can be signed and sent straight away or changed and added to making them more detailed and illustrating precisely what you are after.
The example below is a letter and agreement that requests a proposed Rent Payment Agreement to catch up on rent when in arrears. These documents can be generated using our App and the agreement is not listed in the section below.
