Let us take the nightmare out of all those pictures when you find issues or discrepancies. The App has been pre-populated with responses creating a shorthand style of entry recording. Nominate if the problem needs to be repaired or if it was an agreed issue that needed fixing before you moved in, all recorded on your TERMS.

The use of the App is free along with our management system. If you have basic computer skills you are welcome to use our Condition and Issues Worksheets to organise your entry pictures. These worksheets have similar responses to the App and you can “highlight” your findings then drag and drop up to 3 images beside the noted problem. There is a word doc for each room and these worksheets are located in your TERMS Folders (downloaded from our website). 

By using our App all the who, what, where and when is covered along with the reason for making the Note. For instance, in Queensland we must returned our Entry Condition Report to the lessor within 3 working days. The Note you would enter would look like this:

The data saved will generate a File Note stating the details you entered and if you need this information in the future, we can produce a report date and time stamped to show when you recorded your note.  Use the File Note to cover your hard copy document for filing.

As you record more Notes, your tenancy history comes to life and you can use these recordings to support any bond refund dispute. We are developing a Bond Retrieval Package and a Tribunal Package to help tenants represent themselves and win any claim against the bond money or additional compensation. These Notes will form the basis of this package, if you keep your history updated as you go, you will receive the greatest benefits this package has to offer.

Further down the track, a formal Complaints Report can be generated in case you wish to lodge an official complaint against the landlord and their actions/business practices. We have made a specific dropdown to help record a breach of your privacy, peace and quiet enjoyment, so if the landlord does drive-bys, Note it under Observations!
